Our Recruitment Marketing Assistants are detail-oriented, organized, and motivated multi-taskers who can keep up in a fast-paced advertising environment. In this role, you’ll learn on the fly and execute tasks quickly while focusing on every detail. Our team members are willing to go the extra mile to meet our customers' needs - so outstanding service instincts are key.

The Recruiting Marketing Assistant researches new advertising opportunities for clients and provides essential support to execute those campaigns. We are seeking someone flexible and able to multitask while staying focused on the accuracy of all tracking and client requests.

What it takes to get the job done:

  • Provide zealous customer service via phone, email, and in-person when engaging with vendors and clients across the globe
  • Post on various job boards including Indeed, Glassdoor, Craigslist, LinkedIn & Facebook to advertise clients’ job opportunities
  • Set up campaigns on social media sites including Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube
  • Draft and execute contracts with meticulous detail
  • Conduct market research to propose customized media plans
  • Prepare marketing reports for analysis and review with the customer

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Preferred candidates will have Administrative, Advertising/Marketing, or Human Resources experience
  • Possess a High School Diploma; an Associates or Bachelors Degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is required
  • Knowledge of G-Suite for Business & Google Drive and other online productivity aids
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
